What materials do you use for your stencils?

We use a clear acetate. The reason is simple. the clearness allows for easier adjustments and lining up. the thickness is .0075 or .010. Reason is for flexibility as well as durability. most companies use thick plastic type Mylars and rubber type vellum's. these are fine but if you use them they don't necessarily conform with the curves of the body and break or don't lay flat causing blurry edges when spraying.

How do you know what to buy or where to get it from ?

This simple yet common mistakes happen frequently !!!!

Ask questions. most companies are simply distribution of products and don't have the actual hands-on knowledge to educate you as the consumer. they simply market their products and say whatever it takes. then when you purchase they don't follow-up w/guarantees or support. find out if they are actually using their products and have real working knowledge or book knowledge. then make your decision. Remember it's your money so spend it wisely not hastily.

What is the most important part of a temporary tattoo business that I should invest in?

Just like any business, inventory !!!!

Here are the facts and you can make your decision, when people are walking past your site, what attracts them ? The airbrushes and compressor or the display of designs. yes, you need the equipment to operate but the most important is the selection of designs. if you don't have what they are looking for you won't get their business. I know you've had request that weren't in your inventory. I have usually 2000 + designs and still get request. IE: do you have any tomato tattoos ? my answer is yes!!! I have that capability to make it right there and then. this is what we offer you w/a simple phone call, we can make and have it shipped with in 24 hrs. does any one else do this ???? 

Where do you get your stencils from ?

Our owner Damon bellis draws and designs 99% of our selection. the others come from requests or custom creation by individuals. we are solely in house and do not have outside distributions. we are also professional Tattoo artist thus our designs look that much better then the current selection on the market. We actually airbrush the designs on then tattoo right over them. people like what they see with our designs so they turn into permanent tattoos.

What about copyrights ?

Easy , our designs are copyrighted as well as the rest of the world. you can airbrush any design you have request for. it's like a child drawing their favorite character. as long as you aren't selling the design as the character or actual physical retail. You are not violating the laws. Temp. Airbrush Tattoos are a service. you are drawing a picture, just using airbrushes instead of pencils. DON"T advertise characters w/out release. We won't sell you characters without releases ourselves but, We'll give you some for free to help.
